Hi, I have an issue in work hours. My contract says that I only need to work 8 hours a day however, the company suddenly decided to increase that into 11 hours a day everyday (for the rest of your period of contract), which will give me an additional of 3 hours of work (2 hours overtime). Is it legal to enforce employees in such number of work hours and also, is there any breach of contract regarding this issue and is it also legal to leave the company if ever they want me to do the said working hours?
