Where is it possible to get a work permit and what papers do workers need.
you need to be sponsored by a company (owned by a uae national) in order to qualify for a residency visa and work permit. in other words you have to have a job first before getting a work permit
Is taxes regulated when contract is over or next year?
there is no personal or company income-tax in the uae. certain countries, however require thier expatriate citizens (nationals) to declare foriegn earnings, so they may be subject to tax in thier home country, although not in dubai
How is the houserent paid to house owners? By hand or on bank account and is there payment in advance usually??
normally in the form of anumber of post-dated cheques, rentals have to be processed through a rental agent - it is not the norm to work directly with the house owner. it is advisable to insist that a legal tennacy contract is drafted and lodged with the dubai municipality to avoid "issues" with greedy landlords. local propaerty market (rentals included) is at about a 5 year low!
Is it possible to find work for a highly educated girl in Dubai??
?????????????? not sure what to make of that question???
most local employers prefer people with work experience, not just academic qualifications.
