I thought of looking for others opinion for below points, which violate by some of Employers. Specially these violations observed in businesses owned by Asian expatriates. I am looking for solution for,
1. Holding salaries for couple of months.
2. Charge money for employment visa.
3. Not providing medical insurance to employees.
4. Over crowded accommodation and poor sanitary conditions.
5. Physically harassing and threatening employees.
6. Not providing facilities mentioned in employment contract.
7. Irregularities during preparation of employment contracts.
8. Not paying insurance claims to the victims.
9. PRO's involvement to support businessmen and isolated employee.
Rest of the points may highlight during the discussion. If any person can help to provide me with contact details of authorities that we can complaint such illegal activities will be appreciated.
