Hi Guys,

I am working as IT Consultant in Dubai with a LLC (local) company along with UNLIMITED Contract started from 1-Feb-2014 and its been now 15 months, i am working with this IT Consulting Company.

Accommodation, Transportation & Basic Salary all over lum sum without Medical.

I got a job in a company @ DMCC free zone in JLT area with 40% raise and i accepted the offer accordingly;

hey friends I have five queries for you;

1- I think i will be having a 6 months labor Ban & if yes, then can i still get DMCC Free Zone visa with that LABOR BAN?
2- Can my employer put one year IMMIGRATION BAN on me? If yes, then can i still get DMCC Free Zone visa with that immigration BAN?
3- If my employer is using WBS system for final settlement, can my Bank block my account if i have personal loan & credit card?

4- If my employer will be successful to put one year immigration ban on me and i wont be able to get new DMCC visa then i have to leave the country in what time?

5- If i will be having a immigration ban and i have to leave the country then can they stop me for my credit card bills?
