According to My labor contact i have an unlimited contract with my employer, but my employer made me sign a employment offer stating i have to work for a period of four years with the firm. Since they asked me to stay with the company for four years and made an unlimited contract, can i resign from the job after the completion of my first unlimited contract. Can the company ban me or ask for visa compensation on the basis of the employment offer which by the way was only written in English Language. Can they put me on a six month wait for cancellation period if i want to join a new firm.
Please enlighten me on this situation.
