As of now iam working from one of the cleaning company from january 18 this year up to now. Is there any remedies or way out of this company and find another job? Please help me..thanks

Did you sign a contract with this cleaning company? There must be indicated the terms of your job and resignation. If employee brakes the contact earlier then 1 year he must compensate all the costs for the employment assistance.
