Solar Installer Licensing

Solar installer licensing Feb 16, 2016
Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the process is to become certified to install solar in Dubai.
I am currently a fully qualified electrical contractor in both Australia and the Uk and am interested in venturing into the Dubai market.
Note - I am also looking for a sales person in Dubai in this field.
