Monthly in Dirhams:

Basic: 19'000 (+yearly bonus)
Housing allowance: 10'000
Car allowance: 2500

Total: 31'500/month

Move: paid for
Travels: 1 ticket/year
Medical: paid for

with no experience (4 yrs are NO Experience) just OK, assuming that the color of your ass is white(ish) at least you shall insist in a conversion clause esp when your origin is EU and making transfers in to EU plus an inflation clause
