My contract is unlimited and i spent 2.5 years with my current employer.I've a new job offer from another company and i want to resign from my current job.
I want to ask if i face a 6 months ban without getting NOC,can it be lifted by paying the 5000/-Dhs?

I need urgent help in this matter.Please reply asap

Try putting it on the General Chat more people will see it. I also believe there is a sticky about UAE law.

A 6 month ban is automatic unless you get an NOC or move to a government company.
