Hello,
Im an american who just got to dubai less than a month ago. i entered on a tourist visa and started working with a company here. my contract says that i can terminate the contract within the first 3 months (probation period) with no issues. They just issued my work visa today. not residency. it's just the paper that expires in 2 months i think that allows me to enter dubai with them as my sponsor. i told them today that i will be leaving them as i didnt like the job and i found a better one. the other job begins in october. my question is, does this visa they gave me today need to be cancelled? or if i never used it then its no issue with my new employer? will there be a ban? i signed a contract with them but "technically" never started working. also the contract says i can leave within 3 months. there's nothing stamped on my passport as well. should i just have my new employer wait till this visa expires in september before they issue me a new one?
