Unfortunately over here it mainly depends on where you are from. If you're from India you will get less than if you are from the UK for example.
So, per month, maybe 10K (India) as opposed to 25K (UK). It's not right but it is the way things are.

I'm not sure sorry. I'm in Software Dev but in Abu Dhabi.
The financial crisis is hurting everyone, it is not really the best time to be looking for a job. If you have a stable job in India it might be best to stay there.
