Payment Gurantee Through UAE Govt

payment gurantee through UAE Govt Mar 30, 2013
one of the small IT company (employer) told me that they are giving guarantee of paying salary through UAE Govt. payment system.

Is there any govt payment gateway really exist so that employees get salary without any fraud and in time?

I never heard same thing in India.

Hope I am able to explain correctly what I wanted to know?

Yes, employers have to show monthly salary to Labor Dept.

Yes, the system is called as WPS (Wage Protection System). If company is not payin through WPS than the trade license of particular company gets blocked and it will get unblocked once company deposits the salary of employee in to WPS.


So as per salary wise you don't need to worry about it.

hi there, what if the company processed the WPS but was not able to pass our salaries through WPS and our salary is not paid in full and not on time..
