Operating Adsense In UAE

Hi,
I want some information regarding adsense.
1: Can I operate adsense with a job in UAE?
2: Can I operate adsense on visit visa?
3: Collecting adsense payments(more than 10000AED) through western union in these case specially on visit visa is legal?

Is there any legal issue regarding this? Please help me out. Thanks
