Was wondering if anyone could help me trying to figure out salaries in healthcare.

Anyone know anything about salaries for surgeons? Doesnt matter what kind of surgeon, anything will do, for example:

-Orthopaedic surgery
-General Surgery
-Plastic Surgery

I find it difficult to find any info on these salaries as they are quite secretive. Also what bonuses to ask for?

Just so you know, I have been offered work in Riyadh, Qatar and Dubai, and I am trying to figure out where to go.
