Hi Guys I am currently living in Ethiopia and need to get there for any job.Can anybody tell me how to get a an employer visa?

You mean an employment visa? A company issues one after you accept a job, which allows you to enter the country. If you want to visit the UAE to look for a job then you need a visit visa or tourist visa for Dubai.
