in dubai and they are emailing me the contract by thursday. I am wondering though what happens after that? do I apply for a visa here in ireland?

The company will sort the visa for you. They will arrange flights etc for you to come to the UAE, do your medical tests etc.

oh really??? its a preschool/nursary.... so I don't have to do anything???
