i have had a absconding case put by my employer in sharjah due to non exit in the year 2012 as i didnt exit due to loans from bank and complains by the bank
recently during march i paid off and was guranted passport for stay outside jail.
anyhow the ban case has not been lifted till now.
my question is is there a possibility that ban can lifted or is it possible i cna come back in a new visa for a jafza company-dubai.
am ready to exit paying the penalties involved for my overstay also.
