Yes, you really might not find many software testing jobs in Dubai or anywhere else in the UAE. There aren't many IT software manufacturing firms / software outsourcing firms here, if you know what I mean. Here, you'll mostly find related jobs in Financial Institutions (banks, investment houses, etc.) and Telecommunications firms where testing in undertaken for the 3rd party applications that these firms use internally.
