I am searching for the answer of this problem.

I want to inquire regarding visa process for JAFZA.

I have been offered a job by JAFZA based company.

I am currently working as IT Manager in Dubai, Diera, I have 3 years contract with the company , but due to crises company asked me to find new job , I have completed my 2 years in the company.

JAFZA company given me offer letter, the PRO of the company asking me to cancel my old visa first to process any document in a new company.

I asked them to first show me approval from JAFZA or at least Prepare a Contract regarding my salary and other conditions, so that I can review and proceed next, but they are asking me, that i have to cancel my old visa first and then they will process all things.

I am confuse at this stage so your advice is required, either it is mandatory to cancel my visa first to proceed a new offer or sign a contract, or I have to see the contract or some approval from JAFZA regarding my new job offer to proceed next.

or what is the legal procedure for this so i can process without any hassle.
