Hi! I'm going to Nepal on a business trip next week. Have a couple of days to myself as well. Any suggestions?

Climb Mt. Everest.

But since it will be a short stay you probably won't have the time to do that.

I wish I had suggestions because I've always wanted to go there. Actually was planning a trip for sometime in the spring of this year. Had an invitation from someone who lives there, etc. However, we were told to postpone it because of 'troubles' - there were other reasons for postponing it too. I read (in Dubai) that there were demonstrations/ritos and the Monarch was deposed this summer, etc. I imagine things are better now, etc.

I hope to get there someday. Now that you will be there you can let us know a bit about the place.

the top of Everest may be bit a bit rushed (understatement)

From what I've been told though go to Everest Base Camp, it is suppose to be amazing, My old boss did it with her two children (under 5 years old) so it can't be too difficult.

I wish I still had contact with her I'd ask her for other suggestions for you.

try to take some pictures and share :) have a blast.
