BOOKING FAQ:
1. How do I book a discount hotel?

* Online: Please visit our website at www.everspringtravel.com , move to “Contact Us” and click “HOTEL BOOKING” form to complete the booking.

2. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

We will send a confirmation voucher to your E-mail after we confirm your submitted reservation. If you provide your mobile phone number (in China), you can also receive the booking reference number by SMS.
3. How do I pay the room charges?

Pay Hotel Directly on Arrival: Most of hotels accept direct payment using cash or a credit card upon check-in.
4. When will the advance payment required?

* During peak season and fair period, such as China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair).
* Check in after 18:00 for some hotels.
* Some hotels with special booking conditions.

5. What forms of identification should I present at check in?

Please present your valid passport / Chinese ID Card and our booking reference number upon arrival for check-in formalities.
6. When shall I check in and check out?

For non prepaid booking, the deadline is at 18:00pm of the day you check in. Extension of check-in time is available for some hotels upon request.

Hotel check in time after 14:00PM, Check out time before 12:00AM. Checking in before noon may result in an additional fee.
7. Why do I have to put deposit even I have prepaid full room charges?

Miscellaneous deposit: A certain amount required as deposit upon your check-in to cover miscellaneous expenses such as restaurant expenses, laundry, and long distance call, mini bar expenses. The deposit will be used to defray the expenses or refunded in full if no expenses are incurred.
8. What is the cancellation and modification policy?

* Free of Charge: No-show or cancellation is free of charge for non prepaid booking during normal period. For peak season, specific conditions will be informed upon booking.
* 1 Night Charges: For prepaid booking, 1 night deposit will be charged in the event of no-show or cancellation made after deadline; specific conditions will be informed upon booking.

9. What is the deadline for canceling or changing my hotel reservation?

Prepaid booking need to be canceled or changed within the deadline, or Everspring Travel will have to deduct some or all of the room fee from you. Normally the deadline is at 18:00pm of the day you check in, but the deadline times of different hotels varies. During your booking, you will be advised of the specific deadline.

We suggest you make hotel reservations 1 or 2 days in advance during the off-season in China and more days (at most half a month) in advance during the peak season while cancelation or change to be done at least 1 days in advance.
10. What should I do if I want to book a hotel not listed on hotel choice?

Any special requests can be written in the “Additional Requests” area on the “HOTEL BOOKING” form.
11. Does the room rate include service fee or tax?

Room rates for most hotels in mainland China includes tax and service fees. For some hotels which doesn’t include, you will be advised upon booking.
12. What should I do if I check out in advance?

If you need to check out in advance, please inform Everspring Travel at least one working day before you leave the hotel. If you fail to inform us, the fees cannot be refunded.

13. How can I get a receipt of my hotel reservation?

If you pay at check in upon arrival, you can ask for a receipt from the hotel when checking in.

If you prepay to Everspring Travel, you can get a receipt from us by E-mail or mail to your address in mainland China. Everspring Travel doesn’t mail receipt to address outside China.
