although i remember reading the ministry of labor is working on a scheme to have 16+ to work legally but not sure if its implemented yet.

they already have a scheme in place, but that only covers trade apprenticeships and vocational work for people who have learning disabilities... they still have to be employed under the gardianship of their sponsor/ father
