I am thinking of leaving my company, but have been told that they have a policy of not issuing NOC certificates?
Can someone let me know what this means in real terms? I have been with the company 18 months, am a UK expat, the position title on my visa is director of contracts and administration.

check through the Expat Help section of this forum. There are some recent relevant postings on the Labour Ban issue. you need to know what type of contract you were employed under.
