Hi everybody,

I am in Sydney looking to more to an Investment Bank in Dubai. I heard the local banks dont give pay increases in the past- is this still happening? Also they are recruiting foreigners to learn their skills and knowledge, but will replace them with locals in the years to come under their emiratization programme - is this true?

For anyone working in the banking sector- care to share your Dubai experience there with us?
