Larissa dear, What happened? You're HR Manager, right? You should be able to answer these kind of questions more than anyone else.
It all depends on the company and your Management Philosophy. How you would like to benefit from those internees etc..
Set some guidelines or better yet attend HR policy trainings/workshop/seminar to enhance your HR skills. It can't be found here in DF.
