I am currently an internal recruiter for one of Australia's Top 20 employers and am looking to join my husband in Dubai.
I currently source and recruit for several areas and specialise in the area of volume recruitment (40-50 roles per week) with the aid of Assessment Centres which involve a broad assessment basis, which I run and facilitate.
I'd like to know what my career prospects would be like in Dubai and what I would be worth in their market. I am not university qualified, but have been working in HR for the past 20 yrs. I don't know the language but have worked with cultural barriers in the past with great success.
