-Maintained excellent communication with the supply chain to manage spare part availability and all allocations to the service department
-Evaluated and revised inefficient department processes

-Entered various types of orders/transactions into Oracle 11i
-Provided database support for all types of repairs and exchanges

-Taught Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School and Adult-level classes
-Produced a monthly newsletter using Microsoft Publisher

-Passed US Customs Broker Exam, will apply for license
-Fluent in French and Spanish
-Advanced Knowledge of Korean, Japanese; Elementary Arabic
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle 11i, the Internet and general computer usage
