Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Communications, I was responsible for development of company literature and material, as well as creation of press releases, editorials, question and answer documents and the website.

Additional responsibilities included defining the companies CSR strategy, and implementing programmes aimed at meeting the needs of our stakeholders.

I was also responsible for coordination communications across different teams and business groups. Due to the nature of the business, a strict protocol had to be followed in terms of approval processes and dissemination.
