is there much call for consultancy type services in Dubai - I am thinking of consultancy in a specific area of business e.g sourcing / purchasing. Hw difficult is it to set yourself up as a freelance consultant

Also what are the opportunites to teach business in a college out there with just a degree but a lot of experience (10+ years)
