I am an american that has been in Dubai for a month now. I was convinced to come to Dubai to help a company pull itself out of the red and into the black. I arrived here on August 1st with my family only to have the company fold in less then 2 weeks. My wife and I love it here, and we would love to be able to call Dubai our home. I have over nine years experience in all facets of Call Center work, and have successfully managed numerous inbound, outbound, web enabled, CRM, Conferencing, Technical and Telemarketing contact centers in the United States and abroad. I played an instrumental role in successfully migrating US fortune 500 Companies to India. Moreover, my past client list is as extensive as my operational experience. I have worked with American Express, Discover Card, Providian Financial, Bristol Myers Squibb, Agilent Technologies, and JP Morgan Chase. I have also held key management positions for various companies. These companies, some of which were start-ups, included Genesys Conferencing, Kronos Connect, FirstRing India Private Limited., CyberRep.COM, and APAC. Reuben is adept at providing strong leadership, while developing strong individuals and teams. He is a Certified Registered Coordinator with COPC, and has extensive knowledge in documenting and implementing process and process controls. With my business knowlegde and team building background i can succesfully manage in any business atomosphere.
