Hi there, can anyone please tell me what the advertising / media industry is like in Dubai?

I have a Bachelor of Business Degree (majored in Advertising and International Marketing Communications) and have 2 years experience in an agency and magazine company under my belt. Prior to that I have 5 years experience working for a Print company.

I am a 25 year old female from New Zealand and am trying to move over in the next 4 months (very keen ever since I saw the Campbell Live programme!!!!!).

It's all a bit daunting

Welcome to the forums. For your industry I suggest lookin up the directory they have at Dubai Media City - www.dmc.ae and getting a feel for some companies that are out here.
