I've just bought a new Kia Sorento, I was very disappointed when the Kia dealership told me they cannot supply a tow bar, unbelievable isn't it as it's a Sports Utility Vehicle!

Can anyone help me and tell me where I could buy a tow bar?

Icon garage in Al Quoz can custom make a towbar for you.

I do not know about the quality - welding etc, home made style, probably not the best quality but will do the trick. They charge 1900AED

I heard there is a new european company selling only EU&UK certified tow bars. Highest quality, designed for specific cars - same type as the Dealers Sell. Top of the range model one was ordered by my friend for 2500AED, so the other models probably cheaper. I forget the name towbars ae or someting just google tow bars dubai

Eventually I went to Icon in Al Quoz and had one made. It's pretty good quality and does the job.

Yes I know, it's unbelieveable that Kia doesn't sell a towbar, it's a Sports Utility Vehicle after all!
