No, not Sage & Onion, or Arniegang this time.

I've been away from Dubai for the last 6 weeks except for 1-1/2 weeks. So It-isa-lot (aka Etisalat) disconnected my landline phone. I tried to log onto the internet to pay online but it would not allow me to go into the account.

I called them and they told me that the phone had been disconnected for "non payment" and that I could not pay the bill over the internet! What a bunch of morons. They are depriving me of access to the account whose sole purpose is to pay their bills. Even Sage & Onion might make more sense (well, I'm exagerating a bit as Etisalat has some sense sometimes).
