I heard that you can now get rental finance in dubai. Finding that big 1 cheque is so tuff!!!!

Dubai Islamic Bank and Barclays do this. However, be warned, you will end up paying more than the rental value in Interest at the end of the tennure.

I dont know, this is a touchy subject and i would preffer to argue with the landlord. Times are changing and though they will keep a tough face, 1 cheque is harder the come buy these days. You can certainly try for 3. Ive seen it happen.

Unfortuately, that is the price we pay for greed.
