I heard its not good from some friends, why is that?

I have one and its great but I have one issue with it - I have a payg sim in it as I have a bbery for work and I when I set off my mail boxes it automatically pushes mails/data to me using my credits whereas I just want to retrieve it when necessary and use my wifi connection at home/office more of the time. This is probably more a question for a techie forum but thought I would ask it anyway.

The phone itself is great, it has not dropped calls on me as some people reported as being a signal issue when it was launched and I have gotten used to typing on it but will never be as quick on it as I am on the bbery keypad.
