I want a cell phone number but am not sure which company to pick. I have been told that Etisalat is older but I think their internet service sucks.

Easy access to Al Wasel recharge
Recharge online

works most of the time
3G available (mostly)

Cons

Expensive
Poor customer service
Confusing website

Tecom quality customr service

Personally, I'd go with Etisalat until number portability is brought in.

Thanks! I thought DU would be a better horse since it's new but I guess I will have to settle for Etisalat. Appreciate your help.
