Wrong! That's not astral projection. Paranoid was actually experiencing a manifestation, things feel incredibly real and can have an effect on your physical being when you wake up.

Nothing to be afraid of, just your subconsciousness made it very real.

There's no need to get help for this stuff, it's just that some people are more aware and able to have deeper sleep and dream experiences than others. Plus medication can do some weird things to you if it's particularly strong.
