Has anyone had any recent experience in moving a pet from dubai? I've spoken to a few places feline friends etc in this regards. Most refered me to company called Pet Express, i called this morning to find out that they have closed the company.

i've got all the details from emirates skycargo regarding transporting pets, but want to make sure i have it all covered. i was hoping to rather use an agent, as at the moment i just don't have the time to drag around between various offices getting paperwork attested and stamped.

cat, domestic/ persian cross (apparently therein lies the problem..)

any ideas or referals would be welcome

Try Dubai Kennels and Cattery, they can usually help with things.

Got my cat here with assistance from the Dog House. They are impressive, prices are lower than Dubai Kennels.

Forgot one thing: Emirates does not fly Persian cats. They worry about their breating given their small noses. So, make sure you check with your airline if before you book for your cat.
