A lot of tourist agency/ airline company that offers visit visa. If your friend doesnt meet the requirements, then ask him to look where he can buy it.

I would get tourist visa free for 2 months but is it possible to renew this if not get the visit visa because of my friends low income.

Only company/airline visit visa can be renewed for another month.

My visit visa is going to expire recently.

I would like to take one visit visa to Dubai.

Many of the agents here are charging 1200-1500 AED for a visa, eventhough the actual cost for taking visit visa is very less( 100-200 AED).

Where can I get Visit Visa at cheap rate?

I'm surprised at min salary requirement, I thought it was lower. S/he could try anyway. Sometimes rules are "flexible". If your friend and you are of opposite genders it will be difficult.

I think tourist visas are not renewable, visit visas are. Some nationalities can get visit visa on arrival. Tourist visas are arranged by hotels etc. More here - visa for Dubai.

I'm really sure that min salary for friends is 10K as I've been sponsoring 2 friends so far. Though the second one was for my brother in law, but I applied him as "friend" because it may require more documents to show that we're related if I was applying for "family".
Lower min salary requirement is for sponsoring family/immediate relatives (vary from 4-6K).
