Hello everybody,

Im new to this forum,. i have been offered a position in Dubai and the housing allowance is $23000/yr. Am i going to be able to find a 2 bedroomed house or apartment ?

You will get a 2 bedroom for that amount but not in all areas ... have a look through the classfieds on http://www.gulfnews.com and you can start to see what areas you will be able to afford. Where you work will also usually help determine where you want to live.

Dont forget you will probably have the 5% agents fee to pay also so keep that up your sleeve too.

Thanks alot for the info, i will be working at the API tower. Would you happen to know any good quality apartments within my budget not to far from there.
