If I am to stay in Dubai beyond Mid Feb 2007 (if do not leave before), I would most likely need to rent a villa. So I am planning ahead and looking for options. If you know anyone vacating a villa around that time or a good deal on one please let me know.

Have you thought about maybe purchasing a property?? I guess you can rent it out when you come to leave Dubai - and get a nice little income from it!
