Let's say I've got 70k for 1 bedroom appartment and I want it as much close to Emirates Towers as it can be. Where should I look for it?

Could you please give me some tips?

Yeah, Krakow would be sooo so close to it ;)
Ok, but being serious, I know that Karam, Bur Dubai is the closest one, but is there a chance I can get anything for 70k?
