Where is the best place to get a good right hand car.

You are NOT allowed to register them in the UAE. We are LHD only, unless you are very, very friendly with a local who can perhaps register it for you, and that would be in UAQ, Ajman or some other emirate.

In other words, forget it.

If we could register one, i would be importing a number of cars from Japan that I would love to drive.

No don't whant to drive the car in UAE I will export this to my second home contry.
