Can anyone recommend where i can get huge chromed front / rear bull bars and side steps for my Jeep G Cherokee

Your best bet maybe to talk to the dealership to see if they have them, or ask them if they know who does.

See my reply to your earlier enquiry. But bin the idea of sidesteps: they'll cost you in fuel, ground clearance and overall width. The first thing that will be coming off my new Jeep, will be the sidesteps.
