They get blocked when Etisalat finds them.
mtnsm.com I think (must be correct - it's blocked now) was quite good.

It was a while ago since I used it so that was a bad guess. Maybe it's something like mtnsms or smsmtn. Or the domain got taken over.
Google free sms would be sure to find something. I'd expect some of them will be spyware type sites like sms.ac though.

Actually, try this - sites are supposed to be checked by real people before being listed so may be more trustworthy.
