hello, guys, who can help me out here?
i have metacafe site blocked , when only a few days ago i was able to open it.
is there anything i can do to stop having it blocked?

Think he meant TOR, which is available at tor.eff.org, but don't bother, it's blocked by the Emirates Proxy.

it is irritating that some normal sites are blocked together with the dirty ones

There are so many proxies available - if you want to go around the bock its no problem at all

I'll give a bump fo Ahamed, he sent me his pdf instructions and it was easy to set up and worked really well although I use a different method myself as mentioned above there are many ways to do what you are trying. Actually there are a few detailed instructions on this site if you do a search for 'proxy' you'll find them, good luck.

Send a message to Etisalat. They've usually unblocked sites when I've made a request (archive.org is the only one I can remember they've refused).

Could i just remind people to NOT post details of by pass proxies etc. Obviously this is a public forum and can therefore be monitored.

Another retarded block.

The /user part of youtube has been blocked since this morning. This link was always handy as when you see a video you like you can click on the username and then see other videos posted by that user.

Obviously this worries itsalot greatly as people could use it to contact other people for naughty adult stuff.
