I noticed that the sale has started everywhere in shopping malls. Some have started without prior or sufficient notice and I wonder if all the good stuff has already been snatched up; leaving behind unpopular designs or odd sizes for late-comers as usual.

Is there any forum or website that actually collates these information and notifies the forumer that there would be a sale at this particular store this Thursday for example?
