Just wondering how easy it is to get a Job in Academia after doing a PhD in France ...UK ...or ...CANADA for example...

is it easy to get a Post-doc...position or lecturship in any Dubai University...what about abudhbi...ect

A friend of mine who worked at one of the Universities said it was not that difficult and suggested working as a TA (teaching assistant) first...to get a foot in the door so to speak

I think it may depend on the ranking..ect

also the TA is something for PhD student to do...I don't think it is a proper JOb...what do u think guys?
