ok, lets send our bosses to hell. some of them r nice, but most of them just a pain in the ass.
they boss around, think they always know better, expect u to be superman, if u have an idea its his idea, if it goes wrong u r to blame...i could go on like this. im sure we all have lived unpleasant moments with our superiors.

so what do u find most irritating or ing about them?

I can work non stop 12 hours and I've still not done enough... and they've started docking my wages for typos in emails... pieces of coverage that are late etc... drives me up the bloomin wall.

Maybe I should start a my own war in the office... The Art of War is over 2000 years old and it won the Chinese some fair battles in their time. Once I've read it properly I'll be on towards world domination so who'll need my poxy boss anyway!!!!!!!

Man, that's tough. Deductions for typos? Eh not everyone's perfect, god knows my typing has a lot to be desired.

well i had a bit of both, being the boss and having a boss. been hated and could not stand the idiot i had as superior.

so i guess it can be hard both ways

My GM is an idiot! The worst thing is he asks you a question and does not stop to listen to the answer all in the meantime get himself all wound up so he starts swearing and going off ..... if he stopped to listen he would understand there is no reason to be getting upset ....

Yeah, but this typo was in subject header... Cost me 500dhms!!!! I could have got the entire email written by JK Rowling for that much!

My previous boss in Australia... well, hell has a special place for him. He was just a total two faced incompetent ninkompoop that you wouldn't trust with a dozen eggs.

As for being docked for typos, man, I should get paid for the amount of typos I pick up from our agency, which I might add is one of the most prestigious gigs in Dubai. I have to wonder if their copywriters can even spell the word 'English'.

I dont have any problems with our MD,both from UK.

But my previous employer,an American,he sucks. Though he pays on time he treats everybody like dogs(except me as Im her beautiful spy), he shouts, go to the office drunk (most of the time), and can never speak without saying the f@ck word. Cant stand him so I left the company...
