I am thinking to move to Dubai from US and start a new business but I only have a budget of $30,000. I am an easy going person who used to be a Software quality assurance engineer but after getting layed off 3 times in a row, I purchased a small Dry Clean business last year which I am now selling. Not sure if I can get working visa in AE though. Any ideas?
